guys, first let me tell you about this venue. we are in love with it and the owners, travis and michelle, are amazing people. 

next, let us tell you about this couple. josh has been friends with lance for years. they, too, are amazing people. we love them so much and are so thankful that we got to be such an important part of their day. it’s incredibly humbling to be able to offer someone something that hopefully their children and grandchildren will cherish one day. 

lastly, let me tell you about their amazing friends and family who helped make this day possible. from kara’s sister katie who designed the invites, to her bridesmaid katie who did all of the florals, lance’s best man corey who helped make the signs and jenga game, kara’s dad hanging decorations, friend gina helping the entire day with details, the list goes on and on. 

it rained ALL day long, thankfully we had plenty of spots with overhangs for photos. and just like that, it stopped just in time for the ceremony. and then immediately started right back up once it was over! seriously, what are the odds of that. here is the story of kara + lance’s wedding day.

lance’s mom passed away a few years ago, so he shared a dance with his aunt.
